Accounts and coverage plans are available to U.S. residents aged 18 or older. When creating an account, the details provided must be complete, current and truthful.

• Account credentials must be kept confidential and not shared.
• Activity occurring under an account is the responsibility of the account holder.
• Suspected unauthorized use of an account should be reported promptly.

Home warranty plans offered through RosinHouse help cover the repair or replacement of covered home systems and appliances that fail from normal use. The specific items covered, service terms and any limits are set out in the individual plan documents provided at purchase.

Coverage plans are not insurance policies. They operate alongside, and do not replace, homeowners insurance or manufacturer warranties.

When a covered item stops working, a service request can be placed through the website or by phone. Requests are reviewed against the active plan, and a qualified technician is arranged to diagnose and resolve the covered issue.

• Reasonable access to the home must be provided for scheduled visits.
• Repairs and replacements are carried out under the terms of the active plan.
• Issues outside the scope of a plan will be identified before any chargeable work begins.

By providing contact details, account holders agree to receive communications about their coverage, such as confirmations, scheduling alerts and renewal reminders. Where separate consent has been given at signup, marketing text messages may also be sent.

Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Text messages can be stopped at any time by replying STOP, and help is available by replying HELP. Standard message and data rates may apply.

The website may be used only for lawful purposes. The following are not permitted:

• Submitting false or misleading information in forms or service requests.
